Q: Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?

A: Yes! We can accommodate dietary preferences and allergies with advance notice. Just let us know when booking.

Q: How do I book a hibachi party?

A: Booking is easy! Just fill out the form on our website or contact us directly. We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the process.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Packages vary based on group size, travel, and menu. Additional 20% gratuity and taxes are added to invoice. Members take advantage of 20% discounts on our done-for-you hibachi package.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: We recommend booking 3–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. Last-minute requests may be available depending on the schedule.

Q: What kind of events do you cater?

A: We serve birthdays, weddings, corporate events, backyard parties, family reunions, and more. Any place you want to have fun with great food—we’ll be there.

Q: What do you bring, and what do we need to provide?

A: We bring the grill, food, and entertainment. Depending on your package, we may also supply tables, chairs, linen, plates, and decor. You just bring the guests!

Q: Can you cook indoors or at a venue?

A: We specialize in outdoor events, but we can cook indoors with venue approval and proper ventilation. Contact us to discuss your location.

Q: Do you need access to electricity or water?

A: Nope! We’re fully self-contained. All we need is a flat cooking area, typically 16x26 feet, somewhere to wash our hands and we're good to go.

Rain & Weather Policy

We’re fully prepared to cook in most weather conditions, but your comfort and safety come first! If rain, extreme heat, or severe weather is expected, we recommend clients have a backup plan such as a covered patio, tent, or indoor venue with proper ventilation and space. We do not automatically cancel for rain. We’re happy to cook under cover or work with your rain plan. If weather conditions make it unsafe or impossible to perform the service, we’ll work with you to reschedule your event at no additional charge (subject to availability). If there is no cover provided and unsafe weather occurs, the $200 deposit will be forfeited unless rescheduled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change!

Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable. If you cancel more than 14 days before your event, we’ll gladly apply your deposit to a future date within 6 months. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
